Custom vectors and planes formThis window allows you to add custom vectors and planes to your molecule. The coordinates of the vectors and planes are specified in text format. You should see an example of this description via "Show sample" or "Update from shown" buttons. For vectors, the substrings 2-7 are the XYZ coordinates of the vector (its beginning and its end). Next substrings are not necessary. The 8th substring can be N - no arrows, S - one arrow at the end of the vector, D - two arrows. The 9th substring is the label on vector in apostrophes. The substrings from 10th to 40th specify the style of the vector (they can be omitted). The 11th substring mean the thickness of the vector (in Angstoms), 13th - the length of its arrow (in Angstroms), 15th - the thickness of the arrow. From 16th to 35th - the color components (red, green, blue of each style component - ambient, diffuse, specular, and also the "shininess"). The substrings 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th etc. can contain only the corresponding parameter names ("width", "plength", etc.), lowercase is possible (if they contain any other strings, a error will be shown). The 36th substring can be S or T which means solid (filled) or transparent. The 38th substring determine the position of the label, and the 40th substring determine the height of label in Angstroms. For planes, the substrings from 2nd to 13th specify the coordinates of the plane corners. Next substrings (14-th - 34th) can be all omitted. The substring 14th can be either T (transparent plane) or S (non-transparent plane). The substrings 15-34 specify the components of the plane color (ambient, diffuse, specular and "shininess"). As for vectors, substrings 15th, 17th, 19th, 21th etc. can contain only the corresponding parameter names ("width", "plength", etc.) You can also add custom labels, in addition to labels on vectors: L 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.2 "Label1" The substrings 2-4 specify the XYZ coordinates of the plane, the 5th substring specify the height of the label, and the 6th substring is the label text. The text of labels on vectors and additional labels can be either in quotes ("Text") or without them (Text).
